I played on most models Mapex middle range, but also on the Sonor, Yamaha, Tama, Premier.
What I prefer is the power of this snare, its hammered look, and sound ... perfect with a Embassador.
Value for money impeccable! 499 euros.je thought initially buy Black Beauty (835 euros) but now I really believe it comes close.
I would see later for the experience, I will certainly try it with my kit, but I do not think much change my opinion!
