This amp is an amp that came in a beginner;s guitar pack that you would find at a Best Buy, Walmart, or Guitar Center. This is the type of amp that a mom or dad would get little Johnny to start practicing on. It is cheap to produce and cheap sounding. But for the price and the purpose behind it...well it is a great deal.

This amp came with a cheap Fender Stratocaster guitar for around $200. That is not a bad price for a parent wanting to get their kid a beginner start up electric guitar pack.

SOUNDS

The only reason I a giving this amp such a bad review score wise is that the tone from this amp is so lousy that anyone who has spent anytime with real tube amps will immediately shut this thing down. The amp sounds absolutely terrible in every way.

It makes no difference what guitar you use with this thing because the tone if you can call it that it beyond terrible. It is thin and crackling is a fork scraping the plate kind of way.

OVERALL OPINION

At new these amps come in at around $200 which also came with a cheap Fender Stratocaster guitar. This setup is only for a beginner. If you have another amp and think that this amp will sound good enough for practice then you have to think twice.

I would only recommend this amp to a parent getting a kid their first guitar and you aren't sure they will even stick with playing the guitar. You haven't coughed up a whole lot of money to find out so $200 is worth the experiment.

It is a small transistor amp 15 watts, 2 channels (1 clean and saturated) with a system called Fender DSP which provides 5 effects (delay, reverb, chorus, flanger, tremolo and reverb + distortion, chorus + + delayou HP ...); the reverb, a no-name must be 8 ", the chamber is closed type.
For connectivity, jack "input" and "headphone" and RCA "input" to connect a CD player or other ...


UTILIZATION

The config is simple celu who knows how to use an ordinary 2 channel amp with some effects, everything is in the classical level setting.

I had no manual and have not looked either, I plugged and played !

For this type of amp, I usually put everything thoroughly and then manage it with the pedal effects (again, a Vox ToneLab st) and then the guitar, I get a sound has about drinking a small transistor amp, effects presets can be of service to the occasion, I do not view that people buying this kind of model is not expected to return to the studio album century ... we bought it OCCAZ generally or with a guitar in the range "pack guitar / amp. the clean channel sone not too bad, classic Fender (I play a Gibson SG with pickups lespaul reissue 1959) and is a bit saturated baveaux, as often with this brand but it's still honest.

SOUNDS

The sound should be here roughly equivalent to a frontman or other small amp and the same time range (10/20 watt) I remember having a frontman 15 he has 4 years and it sounded like ... The clean channel is, for me one who offers the best quality and is saturated medium celu my ToneLab I like more but suffice it to "initiate" the new gambling hendrix young guitarist who uses this amp with his squier! The effects were unfortunately not adjustable positioned consensus to always take part but they are not bad overall for the price of this amp.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought it in June, while waiting to find "good OCCAZ" Tube ...

I paid 60 euros a day when I wanted to play more but I sold my amp ....( Hughes and Kettner as too powerful for my apartment. ... But regret) in a well-known discount store offers you cash for whatever meager lying around your house, so it's a price that can not complain.

I do not regrettet my purchase but now that I have all my VOx super twin lamp 78, of course, I sell it!

If you are looking for a maple around 50/60 euro and you fall on it and although you can take without losing sight of the fact that in seeking a little more, in this price range you can find another model that the sound will probably be more "fit ..." Now if you are a fan of this kind of sound (clean fender of the mink and its crunch) Almora delight you.

In the same circumstance as that of the purchase, I think I would do this choice, it made me a great service.
