It is therefore an interface between analog / digital / analog external computer.
I bought it because it is compatible linux and RME is a reputed brand. Also tested under windows where it is equally daunting.
No fuss, you just access the audio stream you can control thanks to a software mixer. It is simple, effective, transparent and sustainable. A professional tool that the price is justified.
