Not a bad piece of wood
Published on 09/15/14 at 03:14I own a new Strat and Tele from Barracuda. Gloss white finish is really great on both.
Pickups are hot and lively. The neck on both was well finished and the frets were perfectly set save for one. I did a light polish on that on and completed my set up to my liking.
The volume control is smooth and quiet.
The tone circuit is poor at best. I have no idea why the wired it the way they did. I modified the wiring to an American Standard diagram and now tones roll off much better.
UTILIZATION
I adjusted the neck and set the intonation with a tuner. Guitar is the right weight and balance. All the fret positions play without a buzz or a doubled note.

Both the Strat and the Tele are really very playable.
SOUNDS
I'm an older guitar player and I hate lugging heavy amps around. I use a H&K Tubemeister with JJ tubes and a Weber Neodymium speaker with a paper dome in it. The Strat has a smart and hot sound through the amp and really barks in the clean channel. Sustain is quite good in the mean channel. I use this guitar when jamming downtown Bangkok. I own 6 others and this is my "Roadie" choice when I'm out.
OVERALL OPINION
Price was great.
Value for the money was very good.
I've built kits and painted a few guitars. I could not produce what I bought from Barracuda at this price point.
I have two and I am happy with my choice.See less00 - Anonymous

the handle is large is enjoyable
Very little weight, must be made from wooden pallet!
SOUNDS
This glue has a guitar style garage "Crampsien"
we get good sound with distortion in the microphone only acute and clear sound with the microphone central to its rounder a little more "surfien", the neck pickup sounds muffled
I use it with a good vintage amp 100w REX Italian 70's

it has a vintage grain, micro acute and powerful slam, even when we feel low-end wood, no sustain and sound a bit messy and imprcis (compare my Fender Telecater).
OVERALL OPINION
I use it occasionally for 4 months
I tried all the major brands in gneral
it is certainly not the guitar century, but has vintage grain, Eco style, and style garage / rockabilly dfend her that much depending on whether it fits his game, with a bit of distortion cot for a crunchy and of course a few cho it sounds pretty good.
The sound of this guitar is not dplaisant, I keep it for a few songs with vibrato, ideal also deuxime guitar for my models, to be sure my amp there is a lot.
I remember in a recording studio known as COD on the wall an imitation Rickenbacker low-end red, all guitarists wanted curiosities by Environ ... she ended up on many albums. ..
In short, a crappy guitar endearing!See less10 - AntoLeNicePublished on 11/21/08 at 08:27 (This content has been automatically translated from French)Guitar wood probably make "cheap" low-end micro, 22 frets.
UTILIZATION
Despite the fact that this guitar is "an imitation of an imitation," I used 4 years without complain. The neck is fairly flat, comfortable and Plutt. My Boss Metal Zone coupled, the sound perfect for mtal silent. CASC is very easy to acute until the 20 th fret.
SOUNDS
I play with a Laney Hardcore MXD15. Despite the slecteur position, I heard no difference. When I had my amp Kustom The Defender 50W lamps, there was all the difference in the world.
It was my first electric guitar, so I liked the sound, but after using my Epiphone LP Custom, I realized that the sound wasn't as good.

I use 4 years without problem, I liked the sound and feel of the handle. Otherwise, I bought used so I do not know much about prices.
I do not do it again this election because I have too much exprience in this range, but I hsitation without consulting a beginnerSee less01
