Published on 07/22/11 at 12:49One of the single greatest accomplishments in musical history. The Fender Stratocaster is easily the most recognized guitar and one for the most versatile guitars in the world. These guitars have been played by almost every guitar player in the word at one time or another. They have been feature on countless recordings and touring from every stage under the sun. They even have a tribute festival dedicated to the guitar it self for its 50th anniversary. So to say that these guitars has left an impression on the musical world would be an understatement.
I absolutely love the color of the surf green Strats. They have such a beauty to them that makes you think about playing it all the time. This guitar has a mystic and drawn just in cosmetics alone. You won't be let down by the weight fell or even color of this guitar. A pure dream guitar!

SOUNDS
This guitar has a tone and purity that can only be from a Fender Stratocaster. This is an extremely versatile guitar with the 5 way selector and humbucking and single coil operation. Any old amp will do with this guitar. The soul form this guitar is just alluring. This fine instrument is so silky and smooth that is makes you amp sing like it was meant to be together. This guitar will connect with you like no other guitar can and probably ever will. There is a reason why these guitars have been copied the world over and still remain one of the most classic icon on music history.
This guitar will also work for any style of music except most of the drop tuning stuff. You won't be able to get a deep thick fat metal tone from this guitar. Any of you are into that kind of music you already know that. Other than that it will suit most players just fine.
OVERALL OPINION
At new these guitars come in right at around $1600. This is not a bad price for a history in rock i roll. These guitars are such dream machine and full of tone. I would recommend every one to own one of these. Especially the surf green color. All of these guitars have a great feel to them but the look of this one just jumps right out at you. This is a little bit different neck profile than the 60's so try and play one fist to get the feel of it if you can.
