(This content has been automatically translated from French)
This guitar is made in Japan.

The Floyd Rose is a Zero Edge with ZPS3 system.

Basswood body.

A maple fingerboard with 24 frets.

It has three microphones in MSM, the V7 (double, in the neck), S1 (single center) and V8 (double the bridge)

It was also entitled to Gotoh tuners. A knob for volume and one for tone. (The knob are covered with a layer of rubber "grip" better fingers)

Comes with case, manual and small "Swiss army knife" Ibanez Prestige with the essential tools of the perfect little guitar. (Which happens to be handy)

For starters, the handle is very comfortable, end (a little less than my Lag Arkane that fact, I found it too late) Access to treble is perfect and the superstrate shape of the guitar is perfect for not destroy the coastline, the more it remains rather small.

I note 10!

SOUNDS

This guitar is made to shred, what my style!
The sound is very "neutral" is probably why we tend to say that Ibanez are versatile, I do not agree, it is a cut for metal and shred guitar solos, microphones may not be the best but are damn good for that, you get a big sound easily and volume knob allows a very clean and precise sound like Paul Gilbert Patrick Rondat or lowering it a little / lot. For other styles, you could find this guitar necessarily less suitable, it is not so much made for the blues. Then by changing the pickups, I think we can make it even more versatile test.

The neck pickup gives a very round sound, creamy, perfect for a shred solo or play clean.
The bridge pickup is aggressive distortion, harmonics offers beautiful and clean, it is interesting and not too loud depending on settings.
The central microphones is between two in terms of sound, but I do not appreciate it does not add much "alone" if it is not very clean sound, for it offers against that sounds more 'interesting in intermediate positions!

We can also add that the tone knob is pretty damn good,

OVERALL OPINION

I received a few weeks ago, before the one I had five electric guitars (at least).

What I like the most is the cleanliness of the sound, the ability to lower the volume to make clean and accurate shred solos, and get to have a big sound and beautiful harmonics. What I like least is perhaps the microphones are very good at what I do but ... just for that, the sound is too stuck "modern shred" and it's a shame, I also find the middle pickup a bit pointless (except when it is coupled with other microphones) when it was my favorite on my previous guitar . A small detail that concerns only me, the pickup selector is positioned so different from my old guitar I feel, suddenly, I had to accustom myself to quickly change the pickups.

In my case, € 679 for this guitar is not expensive at all!
But many website offer the much more expensive! More than 900 € on some.

This choice is still fresh, it seems clear to me that I do it again this choice!
Finally I added the guitar is very reliable, nothing I still remained in the hand as it often (even in music stores ...) We feel that it is solid and this is why I chose this guitar.
