ESP LTD H-200
Published on 06/25/01 at 15:00I bought this guitar at Mars Music in Dallas. I paid $549 for this guitar. I had just recently traded in my Ibanez for a Fat Srat, so I still needed a dual humbucker guitar that I could use for metal. My favorite guitarists, Steven Carpenter, of the Deftones plays ESP, so I figure they are good enought for me.
The thing that sticks out most of all until you play this guitar is it's beauty. Its body is made of mahogany with a see thru red finish to where you can see the grain of the wood. The fretboard is dark rosewood possible ebony. The thing I like most is the lightning fast neck(plays like a dream. It is also very light which is set up great for live play.

The only thing I don't like about this guitar is the pick-ups. They come with ESP stock pick-up. They are pitiful really dull. But for a few bucks you can replace them, and when that is done your guitar is nearly flawless.
I have had mine for nearly 6 months, and I haven't had one single problem with it. For now the construction of the guitar is very sturdy, and the quality is probably the best for the money(which it isn't to cheap).
I love this guitar and would replace it if lost or stolen, but it would be tough to let that happen. With the replacement of the pickups you should be set.
