« Honor Drums Rockwood »
Published on 04/07/04 at 15:00I got my Rockwood at a local music store. I paid $350 for it, the store wanted 499, but I went on the internet and found it for 350 so they matched it.I got it as my first drum set to play around on and mabye join a band.(ive had an electric yamaha dd55 drumset for about a year now.)
The Rockwood has great tone for the price. Its shells are construced wonderfully! The hardware is pretty good, it hasnt fallen apart yet. The drum heads are ok for the price. the snare Sounds great! The viedos it comes with are good for helping set it up and tune it.
The main thing that might need to be replaced on this set are the cymbals. As you would expect on most kits for this price they arn't very good, and bend eaisly.
This unit is superbly constructed. The bearing edge on the drums is complety smooth.
For the price this is a wonderful drum set!
I am completly satisfied with it!
