French guitar, easel vigier floating rollers with a bearing system in place knives, wooden handle and carbon (90/10 vigier, unique) 24 frets plus zero fret steel, two DiMarzio paf classic, volume, tone and 5-way switch . Mechanical locking easy and stable. rosewood fingerboard.
all assembled perfectly delivered well adjusted case rather upscale to the shape of the guitar.
really tough, trust.
the look is a matter of taste.

UTILIZATION

The handle is a killer for me. A very high quality gameplay, everything is done for the comfort, weight control! The highs are easy despite a heel of another century ... ALL boxes sound, not a hollow area. At first it is surprising that the vibration is projected by the handle that is full of blow, but you get very quickly. all the sustain and attack are effective.
I strongly recomande stainless frets, the bends are a gentle ...
The sound ... well then I was very surprised! I was expecting something more metal, not at all! it is certainly the most versatile guitars I've ever had. We can play anything, really, rock, funk jazz, position 3 is downright reminiscent of a folk. beautiful clear sound
in fact it is the group of musicians that have been most surprised by the clarity of the sound, its definition, precision, accuracy etc ... each micro pad is set separately for the balance of the sound, well it is effective to wonder why it is not in the competition. It is a "guitar hi-fi" is perhaps his fault (a little), not because it is cold (not all!), But for example to the old blues is clean ... but sometimes we'd just as soon off the road! but I nitpick.
In fact it's as pro guitar! I regret not making more balluche.

SOUNDS

I can do anything (except punk! mdr). I use a jc 50. nothing wrong with that above, I can play, but play "dirty". but the sound is not touch, so it takes a little pleasure we have to play on the vintage, a bit like driving his old jalopy kind 2cv and pay for a wednesday. The comfort is almost embarrassing! but the sound is not at fault, it plays differently, and easier since you can play all sounds more technical.
I hate nothing.
Perhaps that split micro away their power, but in fact it is quite useful to what I'm doing, it does not sound like a strat, it is not one, why there are strats ben ! it has its sound to it, just learn to use it has opened new opportunities, dig his own sound etc ...

OVERALL OPINION

2 months of use.
I had a lot of guitars and I often even spit on Vigier, I really wrong!
this is a perfect tool for me, and during intensive use group.
what I like most is that I finally got to the blue border of the plate, I was not a fan but then I not only do not care and most everyone loves ... funny! and if the team vigier meets all mails in a courteous and competent. Patrice Vigier sometimes reputed to be special, but I think it's bullshit, the guy responds in person on the forums ...
I would also say that some are too expensive Vigier, but I do not know too industrial for the price I have equipment that I have no way, I tried everything that was in the store result great value for money for a pro. find something too expensive made in France with such attention to detail, with real innovations ... I think we need to compare what is comparable, the day will Fender carbon and jumpers roll series with stainless steel frets for that price we'll talk.
Initially I was looking for a guitar fret stainless steel with much more user classes (I play with my students ...) and because this choice became obvious.
I bought another in 2014, type strat.
