UTILIZATION

This guitar is very comfortable and lightweight, small, with a handle fast and not tiring, access to acute is incomparable with anything that exists as perfectly flat thanks to the attachment Davies extended cutaway.

SOUNDS

Questions of a guitar sound that impressive power, the violin is snapping (alder) naturally, having a BL 500 XL bridge pickup allows him to get sounds very sharp and defined, even in the SH1 neck guard on this guitar slamming, while the microphone is reputed to be rather warm and slightly soft, then it does wonders.
What is also surprising is that this guitar is much more versatile than one might believe, three distinct sounds coupled with a very progressive volume attenuates the horses is a bit of the concept " that little bit more than the least "and that's exactly what she did!

OVERALL OPINION

I own this guitar for 20 years! I will never part with it, I tried several setups and this guitar microphone keeps a constant nervousness, it is a sound that'll tear your head when everything is at bottom.

That said Idille this table is still marred by some flaws: a handle difficult to resolve (especially on the Davies requiring the removal of neck pickup to adjust the truss rod), alloys soft and fragile: I messed up my screw tailpiece after just 1 year ... the floyd is equipped with the same alloy, the insertion of the stem tremolo is a simple screw which causes noise when it wants to keep the bar "coward", a shield for improvement that makes it susceptible to buzz, Finally a micro Bill Lawrence, who is in fact a copy of the original model (a "Bill and Becky" Lawrence 500 XL), this says a microphone that is changed and the original is even more violent than the reply, I tried but I could not get used to it as too laden with Acute Davies ...

And yet ... this guitar is so endearing that I will ever be 100 times the same choice, the N4 we love it or hate it, I chose my side.
