Since 5 months with a special wiring is not N Mercadal on my strat I have a volume, and the last general tona tone used to add the micro severe on positions 1 and 2 and the bridge pickup in positions 4 and 5
What is so special that you like most and least?
These pickups have a real strat sound warm and fat, very slap. On my '50 strat, they nicely. Their only fault is to be true to the old simple and therefore pick up a little all the buzz, but no worse That a std strat today.
The dynamics are excellent
Did you try many other models before buying it?
No, I already had a strat up with other Benedetti pickups, I loved it and I still wanted to have the sound that I described, it was done!
How do you rate the quality / price?
The set of microphones mounted and wired with CTS pot, blender (this is the pot that adds the microphone positions in 1.2.4 and 5) cost me about € 300 but it is a joy for the price
With experience, you do again this choice? ... Yes yes yes ... three times I never heard a strat sound like this one ... value for money is unbeatable: a strat mex 50 or 60 with this kit pickups and custom shop can close ... I would do this choice without any worries all other microphones are available for other sounds.
