I use 2 SAV in the neck position and middle depusi about 6 months on my bent willow's top special, with a 81 in the bridge position
not bad, quite versatile
However, I find that these pickups have less character bcp that my Start pickups (vintage noiseless) is quite confusing
but it is always more granular than the SA
to catch the problem, I boost the treble and bass pedal lightly with EQ
So well, but eq is not very personal ..
