Best value:
Excellent
Compressor / limiter / gate analog channels 2 to 19 "rack
input and output jacks + XLR and handy sidechain
UTILIZATION
use simple, one knob: a function
the record is clear and contains some tips for creating effects like talkover, ducking, pump or reverse (I regret having lost)
SOUND QUALITY
compression very effective with many possibilities: soft synths or on low (over which it does not alter the sub too unlike others) or snapping percussion on almost anything is possible with a result quite finding my taste.
OVERALL OPINION
Used since 2004 and compared to many models of the same type I is well above a behringer or samson competing and almost with a DBX 166 XL I also owned all. What I really bleffé is the gate: a single button! setting the threshold affects the ratio and the release is almost perfectly adapted to the envelope of the original signal, no "click" or the opening or in fermeture.juste great! The only downside for me that the enhancer is a gadget that tends to pollute and distort the signal. Besides that ensures the CHESLEY!
A very good price / quality ratio. I recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile compression and reasonably priced without compromising on audio quality.
