I find this much fun with Beyer and also the same disappointment.
I just love this musical, this serious generous (and transparent), a medium and an acute correct, and everything that swings well in the ear (provided you have the right headset amp). I still regret that this side is a bit stuffy, as if there was a cap between the headset and the eardrum. I do not mean a lack of transparency or definition, it has, but something weird is the only headset that sounds like that.
This headset offers a very good musicality but seems a little sleepy and requires a headset amp quite nervous as my Rega Ear. It is a bit tiring in the end but the Rega has much to do.
I love listening to funky, but also Rock, Variety, Latin, HipHop, and movies on computer.
In contrast to the classic and the mix is hard, but also for monitoring and dj.
The fact that it requires in 250ohms headphone powerful to speak properly. Soundproofing is very good but not the comfort that could be better I think. That said the leatherette pads are high quality and interchangeable.
Finally the build quality is excellent, it's very, very strong, I weigh and I 90kilos is balanced on it without problem! Must dare but I felt it happening, no cracking, phew! I would not do that with other brands.
The only criticism I would make is that the spiral cord is not supplied, it has the right to 3m, but we can change it later.
In short, about 140 € you have something that sounds great (with the Rega Ear € 250, which fits like a glove) and will serve for many years, unbreakable, even for clumsy (unless're on the 10th floor) .
