Its tonal balance is not perfectly neutral, the medium is slightly put forward compared to the bass and high treble.
In general any music is well-rendered, even really well, with good punch and an excellent definition; sound image and stereo are well covered too.
I bring this clarification because I compare it to other animals that are the reference DT770pro, 931, 250, 48.
If you find this headphone in good second hand condition don't hesitate (his best look-alike is the DT831)!
Personally, I would buy it again without a doubt.
I grade it 8 for the lack of impact and depth of the deep bass.
