Published on 01/30/11 at 08:28c is a compressor that works in 2 way stereo or a / b, transistor as its big brother the 1176 which is directly derived.
2U rack-mount terminals and connectors in only, c is all this old! So a weld to switch xlr to predict whether this is not done by the former owner.
UTILIZATION
Easy to use when you know the 1176, the more you force the input, compress more AC! A level of input and output channels individually adjustable, 4 ratios over the famous 'all buttons' or critter goes crazy! perfect room for a battery with very fast attack and release ...
So then it was time to attack and release, by common 2-way switch and a stereo or a / b.
the VU meter lets you see the level of output or compression, peak or rms.
SOUND QUALITY
Pure Becane! J do not compare a / b with my 6176 or with the plug-in bomfactory, it does not m interested, but the sound is, the effect of thunder walk, you push the compression or not, the attack is super fast and leaves nothing happen if you ask ..
perfect on all makes! bass, vocals, overhead of course, even the battery buss.
OVERALL OPINION
Voila, it's a purchase!
roughly the price of a UREI 1176, t have the 2nd track free ... you can indeed serve you than one entry if you don t have no utility in a stereo mix, and 1176 are really my premium has meaning.
