An A/B comparison function is present and the Cyclic Panner supports sample frequencies up to 192kHz (the plug-in works at 64-bit floating).
Cyclic Panner is a VST, AU and AAX 32 and 64-bit plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows. It is available for $69 and you can download a trial version at aom-factory.jp.
