Voxengo introduces Spatifier, a mono-to-stereo spatial processor plug-in for Mac and Windows available for a special price for the next two weeks.
Spatifier is an enhancer that will help you convert you mono tracks to stereo or densify and add body to effects (a reverb for instance) and “weak” sounds.
The VST 2/3 and AU plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows decorrelates the right and left signals while maintaining the “mono compatibility” and creates a surround effect that can be adjusted to replace a “double-tracking” process, add an “in the face” effect or, on the contrary, a distant reverb effect.
To obtain these results, Spatifier builds its own impulse responses and use them in its internal convolution engine. On the screen, controls for these IRs are represented as a graphic equalizer so you can adjust each frequency band separately.
- 16 frequency bands
- 6 spatial “impressions”
- Random variations
- Stereo processing
- 64-bit flotting internal processing
- Preset manager
Spatifier is available for the introductory price of $59.95 instead of $69.95 for the next two weeks. You can download a trial version from www.voxengo.com.
