Ueberschall has announced the availability of Art of Sounds, a new Electronica "Elastik Soundbank".
Art of Sounds is described as “a versatile ensemble of FX mechanism based grooves and loops made for progressive and experimental sound chemistry.” From this original concept, you can supposedly construct “edgy, texturally emphasized grooves for Tracks, Film Score, GameAudio and New Media.”
