Well, for a limited budget, for anyone wanting to get into the scene, or why not film, it's a very good start.
The second opinion available on the day I write this lines seems far too radical. Yes it may be hard to lift with heavy load, but announced no lifting system, and for € 29, it is my great Pars.
€ 29 for quality / price excelling, choice again!
