    CORNFORD ROADHOUSE - hand built British amp 2xEL34 3x12AX7 30w 1x12 V30 speaker - gives Marshall/VOX classic 60s tones+ modern idiom.

The Combo cabinet is expansive with the ability to tandem other cabs in addition to the main speaker. So I run into an additional V30 cab for a 2x12 config. which spreads the sound nicely.

Is a very obedient and tamable amp for such an amount of gain available with its master vol and gain equipped class A design. No hiss or pops either and the dials have instant and nicely tapered operation - so unlike those unruly drive chn Fenders!

The clean is a little dark as the amp is voiced for drive and then you are glad of that shade, !HOWEVER! running two cabs and the addition of my magic PROEL DS10 pedal, I get all that Keith Richards Fender Tweed Twin tone when plugged in with a Tele.

But it is for those vintage Marshall EL34 tones that I go to this amp for, armed with a Les Paul and the EHX East River Drive and can enjoy some great British classic Rock riffs - you know, the ones that made you mad for guitar in the first place aged 14 !

Combo 30W, 3 * 12AX7 preamp and in 2 * EL34 power. Two gain settings (gain and boost, it is activated by footswitch or by a switch on the front) making it a dual channel. equa common (B, M, T), master volume. no reverb. effects loop. celestion V30. possibility of adding an extension cabinet (connection of 4, 8, 16 ohms).

    UTILIZATION

config very simple, the two gain levels allow for example to set a clean / crunch and slight crunch / big crunch. common equa therefore we must find a setting that suits both gain levels.
In summary, we must spend some time to find its sound, but is it not true for all amps? ;)

    SOUNDS

the crunch of this amp is to my mind its enormous strength. it is simply sublime (to my ears of course ;))
I set the gain knob to get a clean / crunch and slight boost to have a beefy rhythm sound (crunch). for the lead, I go through pedals.
I play Telecaster RK, in neck pickup without boost, the sound is clean, in bridge pickup, it slightly crunch. with the boost, it's a beautiful blues in his neck pickup (very "kotzenien") and very punchy and rock bridge pickup.

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a while and someone looking for a great sound blues / rock style Kotzen is a total killer. I find most of the couple tv / Cornford is particularly compelling, more than my strat
my experience, the clean is not his forte. if you want a great clean, slamming, with good headroom, you can approach it by tweaking the settings but it will be detrimental to the crunch.
Moreover, for some, the lack of reverb can be annoying (not for me, I use a reverb pedal format)

    value for money / excellent.
