Amplifier 50 watts lamps 4 ECC83 and 5881 in two outputs, 2 channels, 1 clean (+ bright), a drive, Hi and Low input 2, an ext speaker, a loop, a footswitch jack for FS2 (optional race!), a reverb. Each channel has its qualisation low / mid / high.
This is the same amp at the level of technical caractrisriques the LC 50 (I got an email yesterday to be at Laney sr ...). The only difference is of a "cosmetic" (read: Aesthetics in French ...).

Becaufe a 7, it would not be REPRESENTATIVE in the rankings with  beginners who are critical.

UTILIZATION

The configuration could not be simpler, you must turn it on, let it heat 3 minutes, and play.
The resulting sound on mine is particulirement powerful, and just beautiful, and this without taking the head for hours, but it's funny, you can not play s'arrter .. .. weird right?
The manual is available in PDF on the site builder, it is printable, and well done for beginners in lamp .... 2 3 tips, how to change lamps, tips for test, and 4 of configs potentiomtres for 4 DIFFERENT sounds.
I parat more than enough.

SOUNDS

I play rock, not mtal, my limit, nofx sound / blink.
I use it with a Start and an LP std, there was worse .... I use the ToneLab SE in the loop, but also the amp live with only the effects of the ToneLab.
I would glue a 2x10 cabinet 8 ohms and more by derrire, so do not forget to switch the rear of the impdance 4 ohms.
I get all the sounds I want to thanks this config. (I'm not mtal eh?)

Without the ToneLab, the sound is clear gnialement hitting the crunch came when desired by varying the attack on the strings, it is absolutely dlicieux.
On channel 2, by varying the drive, small small one goes from blues to rock, distortion is prcise is any, and also, you can drive the sound of the end of mdiator like driving a splint diligence admnage twelve horses .... my little guy ...
I love all the sounds that s'chappent of HP, they all have a intrt.

OVERALL OPINION

I used to his little ERRF the LC 15 R, and I realized that I could not do without lights guitar amp, but as a group, it was too just not be transplanted ... dj silent but the sound l. Thanks to the great state ERRF bought nine 600 euros music service in Toulouse, (thank you Stan for the pub), the sound breaks through the sound space without attacking, and suggests the best of the frquences guitar.
It is relatively lightweight for an amp lamps (about 30 pounds), which is not the end of dplaisant concert ... (it Yadji the LP is not it?).
The report qualitprix me parat trs well used, it is still on the site builder for sale, but I do not have the price in nine ....( left there alone? ??)
My amp sounds great, so I would do without this choice hsiter for this price range.

The Laney LC50-II is 50 watt, 1x12 tube combo amp powered by two el34 power tubes. It has a clean and a distortion channel, footswitchable reverb, and a bright switch on the clean channel. Each channel has its own treble, mid, and bass controls, as well as volume control. The 12 inch speaker is a Celestion Seventy/Eighty.

UTILIZATION

It is incredibly easy to get good tones out of this Laney combo. The equalization controls are all balanced in their sweep, and the Bright button on the clean channel really adds a nice sparkle to the tone.

SOUNDS

I use a Gibson Les Paul Custom and a small pedalboard consisting of a Fulltone Fulldrive 2, a Line 6 MM4, and a Boss NS-2. The LC50-II has slightly more gain than a Marshall JCM800, but not enough to be considered a “high gain” amplifier. I use the Fulldrive to boost the distortion channel with excellent results. The Laney amps I have played all tend to have a certain “fuzz” on the distortion channel, and the LC50 is no different. It’s not necessarily a bad thing; it’s just the Laney sound. Just listen to Tony Iommi’s guitar tone and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. The clean channel on this combo is amazing. It is VERY loud, VERY clean, and takes pedals well.

OVERALL OPINION

The thing I like the most about the LC50-II is how unbelievably LOUD it is for a 1x12 combo. This is a great feature in live settings, but this does not make for a good practice amp unless you have no issues with being loud where you live. I paid $500 for this used amp and I feel like I got an excellent deal. The tone and volume in the convenience of a 1x12 combo makes this amp a winner in my book.
