« very good versatile amp »
Published on 06/27/12 at 12:2930watt
2 channels: clean / crunch and clean / drive
A loop without volume
medium bass treble on each channel
clean channel 2 switches to calibrate the treble and midrange (get closer to fender)
footswitchable boost on each channel with
purchased from Cygnus, mine is equipped with a vintage 30
sold with case handmade transport (900euros all)
Attention is starting to weigh in weight
UTILIZATION
very simple
not need manual if you have already worked on tube amps + master / volume
clean tones, crunch and drive are at the appointment and quality
boosters are very effective in live situations, in addition to the dbs are well calculated to move the rhythmic solo
SOUNDS
the amp sounds accommodates the pop rock 60's 70's
blues / jazz going very well of course
for the rest (saturated fat) faaut he put a foot
sounds are not clear crystalline fender, but evokes
sounds evoke drive to marshall by mediums
ultimately this is an amp that has its own identity with the versatility
the 30w is sufficient for a lot of situations and provides the master sounds terrible to "low" volume, or there must be some great fender without extensive master
the reverb is not too good up to 4-5 this, we have seen better
ultimately the amp sounds so good that the reverb is not essential
The same applies to the presence: it is used but it is not very effective
OVERALL OPINION
6 months that I practice daily. a break was necessary because little used Paravant
I tried several including the Fender Deluxe, Hot Rod Deluxe, Blues Junior, Vox AC15, orange. as good and cheaper for the most in nine
chubster of the Cygnus has won hands down, which is not surprising given that nine it is about 1500 e ...
I do not regret this choice
this brand is not enough present in France along with many others too! damage
