A typed channel Fender, Marshall typed the other, see other reviews for more details
The fact that the two channels have their own settings is very interesting
A master volume would have been general practice in order to keep the same balance whatever the noise level.
The HP is a Celestion Vintage 30.
Mine is blue ... this is not my favorite color ... I found the class more burgundy, but hey I had no choice!
The Tolex "faux leather" seems a bit fragile.
Reasonable weight which makes it even better.
UTILIZATION
Simple configure
There are good sound fairly easily and fairly quickly, despite the possibilities of the machine
SOUNDS
It sounds particularly good with my SG and also is doing a lot with the strato
Channel "Fender" approximates well the original but is missing may be a small vintage side I have with my Vibrochamp. With the gain in depth, it sounds a bit messy (but it's not made for it)
A little harder to compare the channel "Marshall" as it's been a long time since I have not owned this amp brand. But it sounds great, the drive is very clean, good quality.
It sounds good at low volumes. Well obviously, you still have to push it a bit for it to take its full extent ...
I tested it with my cab equipped with a Celestion Greenback: it is even better! When I have time, I permutes the 2 HP!
Amp very "enjoyable": you want to play it!
OVERALL OPINION
Used recently acquired, it suits me perfectly
It took me several hours to adopt but I am now completely convinced.
For a little over a year I have owned and tried different models (30 Classic, Hot Rod Deluxe, Deluxe VM, Orange Rocker Tube ... Edition), all had qualities but they also had defects in the sound or reliability.
The Chubster it's still the class above ...
There is a little expensive but the quality is paid for ... I hope it will last long!
