UTILIZATION
The configuration could not be simpler, we light, heat is allowed, the branch and it went ...
For his no problemo, see below.
No manual, but suddenly saw the simplicity of the machine ...
It may lack an input LOW.
SOUNDS
First Contact: HAMER Sunburst neck pickup.
Clear sound, EQ and 5 for all, not too much gain and all round and already the small crystal lamps tend Fender is peauffine and hit ... The dynamics are incredible exponential gain setting. A distinction is actually two dual microphones grain of the guitar. The crunch is the same level. The lead drooling a little, but still the momentum! Metallica-pile go your way, even by cutting the media. The EQ is very sensitive, Mesa-Boogie style.
Second contact: YOUNG CHANG Start neck pickup.
Here we enter the universe SRV, the attack of the strings is simply exceptional. The position out of phase are also very typical strat, Funky and casseroles are to go. The crunch comes back without regard to Jimi Hendrix and always with this dynamic ... The lead as the name suggests is suitable for solos angry or rhythmic style zztop-Tres-hombres.
This amp still has the tendency to better support the Start HAMER. The clear sound and the crunch is really wonderful. Small flat for the lead.
OVERALL OPINION
I've had a week and I am far from having made the rounds of this amp, especially since I have yet to explore with the addition of my preamp Mesa (loop, direct, what it all .. .), it's probably where I'll find the saturation that I miss, what with that already Tubescreamer it sings.
I played before on my transistor preamp combo, I tried a Valvestate 8080 (beurk!!) And tried many combo lamps - Fender Twin, Laney LC30, Mesa Studio - which, if a little higher (for some) to Sinmarc do not require the same budget Ed.
So yes the value of its price / € 770.00 new.
I do not regret my purchase, even what sounds to clean / crunch.
A big thank you anyway for advice on AudioFanzine that merma me to make that choice.
