    Vox AC-30 TB

    Vox AC30 6/TBPublished on 12/17/02 at 15:00
bought this amp about 25 years ago for about $400. was playing out of my dad's amp, adn he suggested that i get one of my own. at the time i was looking for an Ampeg VT-30, but could not find one that was not beat.

the cabinet looks tatty, the grill cloth need to be replaced, and i have replaced about a billion tubes. but the darn thing keeps on playing. it has never let me down once.

darn good amp. i have looked at some of the Line 6 and Valvetronics modeling amps, and would like to have one, but when i get back from the music store, and plug my old Gibson into the AC-30, all those thoughts disapear.
