This turntable is a good value, it sounds decent and it is fairly well built. In my experience it's great for rock and metal music. It's not too sensitive or touchy. It is also fairly affordable. The bluetooth works fine but I prefer hardwiring. This unit is perfect for casual users. It's not a pro-audio item but it's much better than many of the cheap turntables being sold these days. The cute, trendy little record players made by Crosley, Victrola, and such don't cost much less than the Audio Technica and they are junk that will be trash within 5 years if not 2. They are not even comparable. I had a Technics turntable as a teen in the 80's that was similar. Basic features (but plus bluetooth of course), quality built and great sound for the price. It could use a cartridge upgrade but the stock one isn't bad. So...4 stars out of 5.
