I use this turntable for a month. It is clearly not dedicated to scratching or live. The plastic finish is quite "cheap" but we do not expect better for this price.
The sound quality is quite acceptable except for the noise coming off the amplifier and analogue-digital converter, a background noise clearly audible in the weaker parties vinyls and unbearable for more or vinyl less silent classical music.
You will need a good plug-in correction to counter this noise, I use Waves X-Noise works very well for this.
To leave it, this deck is very convenient, the software supplied with ripping the air very well even though I do not use it. I get the sound directly into Logic to clean and remaster my old vinyl.
