This interface is very complete and perfectly suited to my needs. The main features are:
4 Neutrik combo inputs, 2 line outputs, digital I / O, an ADAT format input, sampling up to 192kHz, firewire, midi, etc..

The four mic inputs are very good qualities and allow me to save my comfortably upright piano (with 3 microphones) but also my bass and guitar directly with the high input impedance. All connected simply FireWire on my laptop.

A great addition to the passage: this interface has inserts on all 4 inputs, ideal to add in the chain of recording a small compressor!

UTILIZATION

Alesis is serious: no problems during installation, the drivers are up to date on the manufacturer's website.

If necessary, the instructions in French is clear and well translated. The soft drinks are provided ergonomic and easy to use. The latency is 8 ms with my Cubase.

GETTING STARTED

I think I have any say.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this interface for over six months is that of happiness. It suits me perfectly and I can work very flexibly. Its strong point for me is the four analog inputs and digital interface that also allows me to recover the signals of my Emu Vintage Pro and my mc909 groovebox. If you have questions about this interface or on my way to work, I invite you to log on my blog ( https://blog.davidmusik.com ) . It is my pleasure to answer your questions.
