Map-low-latency ASIO small for use with VST synths (especially Pianoteq) and also for use with virtual amplifier types AmpliTube / guitarig / Pod Farm on the guitar.

UTILIZATION

At first I had some small problems all Driver (2005) with driver for Behringer, and I had to go through ASIO4ALL. Since most of the drivers of behringer problem are correct and well-recognized (on Windows XP, or Windows 7)
I use this card mainly with Reaper or sometimes only in Standalone with Pianoteq.

I did not really used for recording, but I think it's okay but still worse than what I could get with my other pci card M-Audio Delta 44 (best quality converters)

GETTING STARTED

-Install without problems.
-Easy setup (recognized in the sequencer Reaper)
-Incompatibility? => I got to meet as laptops with which I used the map of possible conflicts with its own chipsets in laptops, in which case it was sometimes necessary to disable the other sound driver to use the map behringer. I have not had any problems since long time with my latest laptop (windows 7, proc. I5)

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about 6 years.

I appreciate the fact that this map is small, cheap and it allows
latencies reduced (less than or equal to 10 ms), in USB.

Recommended for small budget or in addition to another sound card bulkier, but I think not replace a sound card with best quality converter (example: delta44 in PCI, USB or a Fast Track to which an approximately 2 to 3 times the price and a number of inputs / outputs equivalent offers a more complete connection of the converter and probably best).
THE connections is limited (RCA) then this card is useful if you have a mixer upstream (to get a guitar for example) or if one is interested only in the virtual synth (in this case we sheet entries and can be sent directly to the RCA hi-fi for example ....

Here is my quick impressions on the behringer UCA 202 ...
