Value For Money :
Excellent
Small USB audio interface, lightweight, easily transportable, suv what ...
I intended to invest in the big stuff (like RME, PreSonus ...) just to be quiet but the problems faced by many people I have held back.
So I played the card of caution. At 30 Euros, I did not take a big risk. And too bad if the quality is less, I do not want to take me on the head with the problems of driver, IRQ, or other recording session in full ...
To save my classes, my studio choir, my sax quartet. Behringer connected to a table for the phantom power for microphones, waiting to get a better preamp.
The computer is an HP dv5000 laptop (Turion64, 1GB ram, 80GB HD)
UTILIZATION
Worry-free installation ... you plug, it works.
If you want a very low latency, you can add the drivers asio4all. I am getting 10ms in latency, without too tried to hack Asio
No conflict. However, the card must not be removed from the USB hot, it crashes the PC
Config very easy, comes with a little help
GETTING STARTED
No problems with driver.
Software: audacity (yes!), Samplitude 8, music maker
I must say that I'm quite surprised at the results of this small sound card. In any case, the price is unexpected. Of course there are better (and more expensive), but for small productions or small models, it does ...
OVERALL OPINION
Used for 4 months
Likes: mini size, its simplicity, its side-road, reliability, price, the resulting sound anyway ...
I do not like: a slight hiss if looking in the headphone
This is my first card, and I think it will help me a lot. I just finished recording my studio choir, and I have had no problems with it.
Super price / quality ratio. I do it again this choice
