J The protools needed in order to work (post production), so j bought at the same time the sound card that came with Mbox.
I was working on Mac G4 with a similar mix.
UTILIZATION
Tres simlpe, no problem of instalation, works very well and very easily
GETTING STARTED
The drivers are stable. Protools with it, it works very well.
no latency issues parcontre,
Not many tracks simultaneously to read or save (I can not remember how many (10-15))
OVERALL OPINION
Well, I've used the Seleucia 2 months, I had liked the software that came with Protools LE. But I just wanted to notify you of a very important thing to me for a sound card:
Mbox has a big problem dinamic range of j had background noise on each track that I recorded and that each has miltupliaient trak that I added.
by layla RAPORT a protools hd1-20 and 2-3 (sound cards with which J had the experience) The mbox is a play 'at this level!
I would do the same no choice particularly because of its Dynamics.
for those who want to engage in potools, c well because you have ProTools.
but hey best yad other cards with a little more expensive as ProTools.
