The product has good features:

Mac and PC (and I have a mac)
Converter 24bit / 44.1khz
midi interface
159 euros!

for more detailed specs, check out the cards from the top, that's not the purpose of my post
UTILIZATION
Extremely simple to install a driver under mac, you plug, it works. point.
GETTING STARTED
This is where things are not right. Inssupportable background noise was heard during the recording of a mirco. The knob is the preamp to the max in the middle, the noise is still there. With such a noise, as you say that 24bit/44.1Khz no longer serve you for nothing. I recorded a little bit so you can judge for yourself. here:

OVERALL OPINION
Inexpensive, easy installation, but background noise makes it unusable ... back to the seller, I orient myself to a mbox.
