I have a laptop in Mount pentium4 2.4 Ghz, 512MB DDR and a 40GB hard drive.
I wanted a sound card too Premire CHRE. I came across a hand and a quattro has rvl be a good choice compared qualitprix! Frquent for use, even pushed it a bit like the road well trs. Fruity Loops and a range of VST instruments (some heavy trs) and yet has run anyway! (Well, sometimes I just do not go through with my plans, but still quite rare). Obviously we do not just ask the performance of a Pro sound card worthy of the name, but it is just a product is honorable, sure.
UTILIZATION
Trs simple installation with drivers updated. (They are installed, they redmare, and off you go). I had no problem of incompatibility up to date. The config is only one bit simpler, the manual is read if you have nothing else on hand ...
GETTING STARTED
The drivers are stable as possible in 24 bits (...), latency is 20ms on my environt bcanne.Je never recorded a single track both then no problem of this the cot of my projects except the heaviest ...
OVERALL OPINION
I have been using PRS 3 years, for economic reasons I do not immediately replaceable. In the meantime it works nickel and I would not change for the better! It is REALLY good value quality / price! It must be stressed!
I do not regret my choice is clear.
