I love to mix different kinds of music styles, go far from what we've already heard, create a world I invite you to discover. I've worked in a lot of different contexts : rock band, theatre company, solo album, sound designing for pro use...

In music, as in writing, you are your own captain, I just deploy a map, I suggest you a way, but you take it and populate it by yourself.

This is what I say about my work (in french) :..

Ma recherche sonore est l'ambiance de fin du monde, d'appartenance au monde des spectres I.A., un monde à la "Hypèrion" (Dan Simmons), ou Matrix. Le concept de mon travail est la représentation d'un monde de machines qui naissent et qui meurent, qui aiment et qui pleurent, qui font l'amour à leur manière. Un monde d'où tout humain aurait disparu." ..

My way is on a razor edge, a frontier beetween psychic equilibrium and sickness melancoly, where rythmic deconstruction is the rule, the wet machine mecanic.

* Some dates : *

1994 - 95 : Demomaking in I.D.K., Investation, TRSi, Iris... : My first real artistic works were Amiga Demos as coder and musician. We intended to create pieces of art just using the power of the machines. OLD SCHOOL RULEZ !

1995 - 97 : Drums in Degoreland Rock Band : Some concerts on Marseille and its area, a lot of rehearsals, and a "solid" way of life. Our style was rock and french music, mixing a lot of our influences, to make our own universe.

2000 - 03 : Music and Sound Making in Manifeste Rien Theatre Company : Our work was mixing cold electronical sounds with mystical and non-religious questions around the texts of Jeremy Beschon.

11/2008 : Economia own solo album : You can have a journey through my style listening the album called "Economia" (Liste to this album on Jamendo : http://economia.zik.dj/). The intention is to describe a world of machines that are living, loving, crying and dying. I can then explore new way of making music. I try to create original pieces that involve antropomorphic machines that love, sing, tear and die...

After playing drums in some other bands since 2006, I'm returning back to my own work, and working on my new album. This album will be full of natural instruments, guitars, drums, wind instruments...
