Shaka is a drum sampler that includes a library of 390 samples organized in 15 categories and covering all music styles. You can combine and mix them in 20 different slots and even add your own samples.
The GUI offers 20 slots to assemble the kits, a channel mixer with volume, attack, decay, MIDI limiter and fixed velocity buttons as well as a four-mode output filter (high/low/band-pass and band reject) that works on three bands (low, mid and high). Another group mixer sums the channels, each of the drum component can be sent to any of the 11 stereo audio outputs. Each channel in this mixer features a volume and a room control.
Last, Shaka can be MIDI controlled (pad, keyboard or any controller).
Shaka is available for Windows only, as a 32-bit plug-in or 32/64-bit standalone instrument.
