Tone2 announced earlier this month the successor of its ElectraX virtual synth. They are now communicating all the details about Electra2.
Electra2 will offer the following new features:
- More than 700 additional patches
- Full reworked factory sounds
- Patch browser
- Sample editor
- Physical modeling synthesis
- 16 new effects
- 5 new types of filters
- 236 additional wave forms
- Improved sound quality
- New GUI
- Improved performance
Tone2 adds that Electra2 is backward compatible with ElectraX.
Electra2 will be available early July, the price is still to be announced.
