No problem during installation, the documentation is clear and prcise,
patches are installed with the tutorial software, configuration
poses no problem: it is a breeze.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
I'm running on an AMD Xp2200 + with 512 MB ram and a map
Audiophile 2496. This machine is itself pilot Logic Audio
Local Accommodations on a Celeron 400 running Windows 98SE.
As the machines are exclusively ddies these tasks, there
no problem of stability.
OVERALL OPINION
Assets:
- The quality of sound,
- The output level,
- The simplicity of use,
- It is a true modular synth,
- The incredible diversity of sounds,
Cons:
- The price (a still too expensive!)
- Spit some knobs, they are handled via the mouse or a controller
If I had had the possibility I would have tried the NI Reaktor home before I DCID!
