What is the configuration of your computer? Mac Pro 4x2.66ghz - 8GB of RAM.
What performance? On a machine like mine, you can compose for big bands no one is worried by the consumption of resources.

I had XP Pro Platinum version and the version I have volumes Play!
- Always too long for the installation of samples (over 150 GB)
- Sampler play is super simple compared to the NI home Kompact
- No problem with Win XP 32 SP3
- Manual in pdf format on a dvd

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

always on the same config
- Core Duo 6600 (2.4GHz), 4GB DDR2, 4 HD for a total of 2 TB
- Still no worries ... all work impeccable and even better than the sampler in NI
- Now I get to run multiple tools in m ^ me time with three mics on it

the sound levels change anything but play the sampler is simpler and more suited
