Works smoothly with no recent computer

OVERALL OPINION

Although old, this vst is very good quality and perfect to start
The B3 is the best free I know
To download an emergency, you will also discover a Wurlitzer, a Rhodes, .., effects ...

RAS, no problem.
We can control the keyboard with three different midi channels with nothing to configure.
A small "nag screen" of 30s at launch if you do not give a farthing to the developer (it deserves).

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Uses little memory and CPU, no worries, even on a small config XP32. Never seen a crash.
The control from a MIDI keyboard is no latency with a SB Live 10 years of age to 40 euros (and good drivers).

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 2 or 3 years.
Realism excellent, very good sound for the parties to the Deep Purple rock, solos ... The rotary fires with the sustain pedal while playing: thrills. It sets the level of harmonics of three keyboards with zippers like on a real. Good overdrive, leslie simulation of the effect ... etc. Everything is there.
No complaints, the result is truly extraordinary in sound and simplicity of implementation, especially for a freeware.
If we compare this with the purchase of a real B3 and cumbersome photographic equipment that goes with her, the choice is quickly made!

The Native Instruments B4 is my opinion unbeatable. But it is 300 euros.
Note that there is a "light" version 50 euros.
In the CATEGORY compltement free, I compared them l:
ZR-1 [freeware]: a little soft.
ZR-3 [freeware]: trs well. ERRF little better than his. prfreront some sweet sound.
Phibes [freeware]: good but a little soft. More in the style Farfisa organ and for short mtrage of Dracula.
Organized trio [freeware]: In my opinion, the best just the APRS matre B4. The sound is dirty. Perhaps a little drier than the B4, but much fatter than other prcdement deficits.

OVERALL OPINION

The best virtual organ tone wheel among free my mind.

I compared with the NI B4, the ZR3 the aZR3, and I also think that the B4 is certainly the most pro, but the others are 300 euros cheaper and do the job in many cases.

The Organized trio is frankly very well, just below the B4, among others because the B4 more than presets. But it rings, and that's what counts. Go try it you will not be disappointed.

The aZR3 is an evolution of ZR3, but by comparing the sounds, the two are different. So the two do not choose, take both. And let your opinion.
