Synapse Audio has released EKS Pro, a kick drum synthesizer plug-in for Windows and Mac.
The new Synapse EKS Pro is an overhaul of the former EKS-9 drum synthesizer plugin.
Featuring six models, the EKS Pro is designed to now cover both vintage analog kick drums, as well as kick drums for dance. Other than the four new models added to the EKS, it is now possible to control the curvature of the pitch and amplitude envelopes.
Other changes in EKS Pro
- Audio Unit and VST (Mac) now 64-bit too
- Key Tracking can be turned off
- Mono-Legato mode for pitched sounds
- More precise envelope control
- Frequencies now in Hertz (Hz) for unpitched sounds
Pricing & Availability
EKS Pro for Windows and Mac (VST/AU) is available to purchase for $39 USD. Existing EKS-9 customers can upgrade for $19 USD.
