Samson Airline Bass
Published on 10/24/04 at 15:00I paid $320 for it and it is worth it if you play gigs.
Superb distance and clearity i fell in love with this unit when while the band was playing a show i was in the living room messing with this chick and could still be heard. i walked aroung most the night hanging out with chicks while our guitarist (with a shure vhf wireless system) was stuck standing by his amp so his system wouldn't cut out. Footpedal style reciever makes it easyer to run it in front of your effects.
You need AAA batteries for the bug but they last forever and their cheaper then 9-volts i bought an adaptor for the pedal reciever.

Not as strong as a digitech but your not stomping on it to turn it on so it really doesn't need the expensive metal case but what it is made out of isn't far from it. It also has a slight delay if you get to far away.
If you want a wirless system and can't afford the realy good ones get this for 1/2 the price i love it.
