Winter NAMM 2012 News
I think it's a decent amp. If you can pick one up for a good price go for it. But again, the technology is a tad old in terms of modeling. Because modeling has become so advanced and even closer to the real deal that the T60s are just like the older versions. So if you're a huge tone purist you may not suffice with this, or if you're looking for...
Well, after all the changes and modding it was actually a good sounding amp. But I spent way too much time to make that happen. Funnily enough as a rule I'm not fond of super tight amps. But this one was just way too loose for me.
These amplifiers have been contest discontinued for a while now to the only way to find them is on the used market. They are very inexpensive if you can find them but if you can't find one a good alternative would be the Epiphone Junior head or a combo. It is basically the exact same amplifier and is built in the exact same factory as well. I wo...
This is a good amplifier for someone who needs a budget friendly amplifier with three channels of operation. If you need something that's going to cover a lot of ground and a lot of bases and this might be the way to go for you. Overall visitation sound amplifier but nothing that I would take on the road because I would not trust its durability ...
These amplifiers are great alternative to a Marshall or an orange amps. It does have multiple channel so it gives the user a lot of flexibility in features that you wouldn't find out of a single channel amplifier. Overall this is a good amplifier for someone who needs 100 W of power and needs multiple channels to cover a lot of musical possibili...
These amplifiers are priced new riding around $2600 which in my opinion is a lot of money for a single channel amplifier. However this amplifier will get you a great sounding tone and a lot better sound than you would have of most Fender amplifiers. Overall this is a great sounding combo with matchless Celestion speaker. If you need a good combo...
The Fryette Sig-X is super dynamic and articulate, but not as tight as say a Pitbull Ultra Lead. It whispers, growls, screams and sings. On any channel. And very good investment for any one trying to let their own sonic signature come out. And fun to play. I'd go so far to say that this amp will even appeal to guys that spent their life o...
Great amp in a small package. I really like to use it different than intended. It shipped with 2 12AX7 and a 12AT7 and replacing the AT for another AX type type in the pre-amp it opened up. Then using the bias controls to run the bias at 33 mA instead of the factory setting of 25 mA made crunch chords overall frequencies much more cohesive. Swit...
One cool selling point on this amplifier isn't little lunchbox casing. This amplifier is basically a size of a small kids lunch box they were carry to school. These lunch box style into cars are becoming very popular in recent years because everyone's looking for a smaller road ready in mobile amplifier. And since it's only 30 W within a...
The amplifier seems to be a little harder to find you can only buy them on the website. These are a British voice amplifier so if you're looking for that great Marshall style and tone and this is a cheaper alternative for you. It does have some cool features and options available so if you can find one and a decent price I would say go a...
