I bought it and before I recement taxais that of a friend. this is a must in this price range and, importantly for patients like me crossfader, it is robust trs (trs, the cross will not you let go every 3 weeks.
Unless you have the means to peep into the 07 series and the range samurai, I think this console is one of the best choices possible.
