Denon DJ has announced the launch of the DN-X1600 model at NAMM.
Born of the same development project that culminated in the DN-X1700, the DN-X1600 represents a new class of DJ mixer, in particular providing a new feature and performance standard in the circa £/? 1000 price category.
Included are Alps channel faders, USB connectivity (both Windows and MacOS compatible), matrix input assignment with DVS mode, 32-bit internal digital processing, simultaneous MIDI operation – expanded to provide wide ranging control of PC based DJ software with an exclusive MIDI controls and user interface section, more (and new) digital effects, and 3-band EQ on each band.
In addition to which, the DN-X1600 is the world’s first DJ mixer to feature Roland V-LINK protocol for VJ mixing.
