Published on 08/09/11 at 06:14For all that, I bring you the manual. Otherwise, the connectors: RCA for line / phono inputs / digital
XLR and RCA outputs for Master Jack, and finally to return and the departure / return external effect.
Micro Combo Jack / XLR
UTILIZATION
The config is very simple as long as one knows a little usability Pioneer at the outcome level.
The rest is a classic table rather well thought everything falls quickly at hand.
The manual is sufficiently clear and complete.
The usual function are all instantly accessible.
SOUNDS
The sound is OK, although I think it lacks a bit of potato. Depending on the use that may interfere (this is why I sold). It is much better than the DJM600, for cons I think the DJM700 is inflated low.
There is no breath, she does not saturate even if it's never good to push a bottom.
The does not fully equalize the frequencies ... So after all depends on what one seeks.
The effects are good quality, most effective and quick to use.
OVERALL OPINION
I had it for 3 years but I still use it very often in clubs.
I tried a lot of other models: the low end when I started, and Denon DN-X1500, which is much like the 800 but I find less ergonomic.
I mixed most of the range of Pioneer (300,350,400,600,700,800) and the advantage is that people come here right away.
Ecler NUO5 (I did not like because I feel bad settings ahead of the table)
Now I have a Xone 42 because I love simple, sound great, beautiful filters and since I did not use too the effects of the Pioneer, I preferred a better sound and a potato.
What I like most: Ergonomics without a doubt, the quality, impact and connectivity, as well as the resistance of the faders is (to my taste) perfect (but the race is short)
What I like least: The lack of potatoes (it is obviously necessary to compare it with another ... if you do not realize it). Otherwise there is not much to throw on the table.
It is expensive ... For half the price it was a Xone 42, but with no effect filter sick. But well after the next "all-in-one" is also appreciable, and then it's still a high-end table.
With the experience of so many, I changed for my personal use but otherwise I'm very happy to find it in the club
