I prcise I speak of the Remote SL Compact 49 but it is not in the list when I post on 25.

UTILIZATION
The touch is on it is not the Studiologic touch heavy. That said, it is largely in the average. In fact we do not need forcment a standard heavy touch all the time. Besides the objective of the Remote SL Compact is not only to control a virtual piano. It is true that this important aspect m'tait but frankly seen CHARACTERISTICS proposed by Novation I had to make this concession. I get a 88-key touch heavy when I have the useful and especially when I have more space, +). I tried other keyboards: axiom, korg kontrol, cme, edirol. Honntement the innovation is placed in the first axiom of cts, trs trs trslgrement in touch heavier (in the range of MIDI keyboards that is).
The automap does wonders but you still have a look at the manual (in French, well translated) and educational videos that clearly prsentent CHARACTERISTICS main keyboard. The possibilities are vast, it is normal to dwell a little on the machine.
Installation (Windows XP, Core 2 Duo, 2GB ram, sound card TC Electronic Konnekt 24 D) is done without problem and quickly.
The control of Sonar is well trs. It's really nice to be able to accder mutes, solos, weapons registration, volume, pan etc ... directly on the keyboard and everything visual for the display says it all. Excellent.
Another great find: the encoding speed dial. It moves the mouse over any CONTRL (rso, attack, more or less zoom etc ...) is pressed and it acts on The argument directly. Practice.
OVERALL OPINION
Use for a week.
Likes: the display, the pads (although they rgler diffrent vlocits), the simple architecture, the touch pretty good finally (in the style of synth type keyboard) the immense possibilities of the control of the sounds, the Automap, and design because the machine is as beautiful and well finished.
Cons: one octave supplmentaire ... j'hsitait with the axiom 61 and Fatar VMK 161 (the AKAI MPK 49 has a touch ultra lightweight stocks clearly did not follow ...). Finally, the innovation has won over as port forward (automap). The axiom is a good report quality price trs. But innovation is a line above. So I sacrificed ... for an octave higher. As for the keyboard, great touch keyboard will come a day heavy Paula remote. So no regrets.
I really rflchi before buying and frankly I do not regret. This keyboard is a Russianness, versatile and well-Designed. Thank you novation.
