Initial notice laid in 2005, updated in 2009.

Made in Canada.
Solid rosewood body. Spruce. Ebony fingerboard and horse.
High precision mechanics.

Micro Piezo Fishman in the bridge, preamp Controls Bass / Middle / Treble + Volume + Notch filter (setting the cutoff freq). Very good point this notch, can avoid some feedback is a quick adjustment before a concert. Very good point!

UTILIZATION

Handle of a comfort. One enters the high end. I found better than Taylor in the same price range.

Access to acute facility with the cutaway that I did not. (An inexpensive option)

SOUNDS

The sound is crystalline, very balanced. Rosewood instead of mahogany does not inflate the bass.

Audio side, it is equipped with a Fishman preamp well made and a piezo pickup. Only drawback, the lack of a condenser microphone ... the sound is at once typical of the piezo, we like it or not. For arpeggios nothing to say, for setting a good rhythm to the table is required not to sound too dry and aggressive.

I put him in note 9 of its acoustic spectrum equilibrium, and 6 amplified sound for the shallowness of the piezo alone.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for the past six years and I have absolutely nothing to reproach him, if not the absence of a condenser microphone. I do not regret my purchase. This brand is relatively quiet in France and could use some more representation in the shop in my opinion.
