Along with the updated 000-18 and OM-28 acoustic guitars, Martin & Co introduced at Musikmesse 2014 two electric-acoustic guitars.

Martin &Co has updated its 000-18 and OM-28 acoustic guitars and, along with pre-war elements, added more modern features, including the neck shape.

000-18 specifications:

  • Solid Sitka spruce top, aged finish
  • Solid mahogany back and sides
  • Standard X spruce bracing
  • Tortoise binding
  • Selected hardwood neck, modified low oval / Performing Artist Taper
  • Ebony fingerboard with 20 frets and 18-style Abalone inlays
  • Neck joint at the 14th fret
  • Scale length: 24.9”
  • Vintage chrome tuners
  • Ebony bridge
  • 433 hardshell included
  • Pricing: $2899

 

OM-28 specifications:
