Published on 06/11/14 at 10:34The cc157 is accessible guitar of this brand that has given all its pedigree in ovation. It is not a Rican, but also have a adamas with a more sophisticated preamplifier, I would say that they play almost the same way.
J uses adamas cc157 studio and live.
Made in Korea, here are its features.
TABLE Spruce, K3 dam
CASE Lyrachord
NECK Mahogany
KEY Rosewood, 20 frets
UTILIZATION
Channel: bah, c is the Ovation.
Access to acute: bah, c is an ovation
The ergonomics: bah ... C ... A standing ovation
SOUNDS
Frankly, the sounds are superb.
Pure acoustic (even if the sound is right) or branched, c is happiness.
Nothing to do with the current small series in ovation.
I play unamplified or directly in the mixer or in an amp and it sounds wonderful.
OVERALL OPINION
I ve had a lot of access Guitars: Guild, Gibson, Martin, Yamaha, Cort .... etc.
And this guitar holds up. Pq?
Thanks to the fund that never move.
And Because it is an excellent guitar for finger picking, strumming, etc..
She drilled in a rock band like no other could do.
